Lose weight. This video is on exercises to lose belly fat, exercises to lose weight, lose belly fat and weight loss exercises.

This weeks video is a two part episode on how to lose belly fat and weight. This episode will be focusing on exercises anyone can do at home to lose weight and belly fat, the first episode was on dietary advice. I’ve received a lot of messages and comments to make a video on this topic and now it’s finally ready. I really hope my tips help you and always remember you’re awesome!

WHAT IS BELLY FAT:
You see the problem is that fat, isn’t just the inch you can pinch known as subcutaneous fat the real danger is the fat that’s in your abdomen and surrounding your internal organs known as visceral fat. Studies have shown visceral fat puts us at higher risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and in women it’s even shown to increase the risk of breast cancer.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND THESE EXERCISES AND WEIGHT LOSS:
If done correctly after 6 weeks the study showed a loss of just over 2cm around the waist of the participants which is great and you can do this without any diet change and see a difference.

Now these results are good but they’re definitely not as good as the diet change group which I spoke about in the first part of this video who lost 1kg a week and 5cm around the waist after 6 weeks.

And this because the participants who only did the abdominal exercises so no diet change only really improved their muscle tone. Now you might be thinking but Abraham what do you mean by that? Well we know by increasing your muscle tone your essentially holding fat in with muscle so they haven’t reduced the fat around the waist but it does give a thinner appearance hence the 2cm reduction.

Which is why it’s important not be fixated on just doing abdominal crunches to try and lose weight or belly fat. Yes these exercises have been shown to give a 2cm reduction in waste size after 6 weeks. But you also really need to make those dietary changes as explained in part one of this video for maximum impact.

If you do the diet correctly you should expect to lose 0.5 to 1kg every week which is great but here’s the best part after 6 weeks the study showed that each individual also reduced their dangerous visceral fat by 14% and they reduced their cholesterol, blood pressure and had a 5cm reduction in their waistline and that’s without any exercise so just imagine the results if you merge these abdominal exercise and diet change.

In this video I had teamed up with The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) who regulate all medicines in the UK. Our aim in this video, was to warn people about the dangers of buying potentially life threatening diet pills from illegal online suppliers.

Almost 2 in 3 people suffered unpleasant side effects after taking dangerous online slimming pills, these included bleeding that wouldn’t stop, heart attacks, strokes and hallucinations!

Lose weight fast. This video is on how to lose belly fat, how to lose weight fast, lose weight and weight loss diet.

This weeks video is a two part episode on how to lose weight and belly fat. This episode will be focusing on dietary advice, the second episode will be focusing on exercises. I’ve received a lot of messages and comments to make a video on this topic and now it’s finally ready. I really hope my tips help you and always remember you’re awesome!

WHAT IS BELLY FAT:
You see the problem is that fat, isn’t just the inch you can pinch known as subcutaneous fat the real danger is the fat that’s in your abdomen and surrounding your internal organs known as visceral fat. Studies have shown visceral fat puts us at higher risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and in women it’s even shown to increase the risk of breast cancer.

DIET PORTION SIZE EXPLAINED:
Now this diet comes from a study done in Oxford and to help participants reduce the amount they were eating, they were encouraged to measure portions based on the size of their hands.

They aimed for a daily intake of,
• Three fist-sized servings of carbohydrates (Examples: Pasta, rice, potatoes, breakfast cereals, bread, wholegrains e.g. bulgur wheat, quinoa)

• Two palm-sized servings of lean protein (Examples: Fish, meat, poultry, eggs, nuts, soya products e.g. tofu, quorn, legumes and pulses e.g. lentils, kidney beans)

• Two cupped handfuls of vegetables or salad (Examples: All kinds of green and root vegetables (not potatoes) and salad vegetables)

• Two fist-sized servings of fruit (Examples: Any fresh, frozen or fruit canned in natural juice or water)

• Two servings of fat or oil covering the tip of the thumb (Examples; Any vegetable oil, butter or fat spreads.)

Aim to have some dairy in your diet, participants could have 200ml/⅓ pint skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, or two 125g pots of natural or low-calorie yoghurt.

Please note: If you really like cheese you can have it in your diet but remember its a protein food so it should substitute the proteins servings. Please remember for cheese one serving is the size of a matchbox, little pocket sized ones not the big cooking ones.

RESULTS:
The results from the study were pretty incredible participants lost 0.5 to 1kg every week if done correctly!

But here’s the best part, after 6 weeks the study showed that each individual also reduced their,
• Dangerous visceral fat by 14%
• Cholesterol
• Blood pressure
• Had a 5cm reduction in their waistline

And this is all without any extra exercise just by using a very simple portion sizing technique.

Final Review Of 80 Day Obsession – A Mom’s Journey of Weight Loss Transformation!

My 80 Day Obsession journey has been a ride like no other! I mustered a fierce determination after the Holidays and the fact that I felt disgusting helped. The scale was only moving up, and I knew I had lost control with my eating. I don’t think this program could’ve come at a better time for me. Health is such a journey, never a destination. And I needed a new growth season for my journey!

I decided to give up alcohol for the entire program even though I knew I would be going on vacation and it would be hard. To be honest I tried not to eat out at all or have any girl’s nights. The temptation is so strong for me and I wish it wasn’t.

To have something that we’ve never had we have to do something that we’ve never done. I live by this philosophy, and it really helped me to forge a new path for 2018!

I was really determined to stick to the time nutrition as well. I don’t do well flying by the seat of my pants when it comes to food. I’m gluten-free, so I need to plan, I need to pack it’s essential for my health.

Having Autumn map out when and what I should be using helped Make my days easier. The thought of eating before my workout was foreign to me, but I knew if I gave it a chance and made the change I would benefit from it.

Don’t you find it always seems to take longer than we think it should when it comes to our bodies transforming? It can be frustrating but I was in it for the long-haul. I took photos at the end of each phase and made sure to do my measurements before and after the program.

So many of my friends had amazing transformations along this ride as well. The community is top notch and such a huge piece of our success. I would love to share more with you!

Being able to increase my strength by lifting heavier weights all the while keeping the promise to myself that I wouldn’t skip a day was a really exciting things for me!

The loops and slides became my best friends and I saw muscle definition in places I didn’t even know I had muscles ;).

This was a perfect challenge for change!
